126 vs 123
I'm looking at purchasing a 300sd for my daughter (maybe she'll refuse to drive it ). What am I looking at concerning parts costs and ease of DIY when compared to a 123? Availability of parts a problem?

Quote:
The larger W126 can be easier to work underneath the hood because of the additional space. |

but
if you happen to buy a 240 with simple everything, like stick manual windows etc, there is no comparison.
the 240 is the cheapest and simplist to run and maintain...by far. the 126s are a nice ride though, i have two of them. tom w
