I'm 20. Although sometimes I just sit back and observe my dad doing the work...

You know that little hole in the bottom of the double knee part of the double knee Carhartt pants, I have discovered you can put foam pads in there and it will save your knees while kneeling.

Hmm, on my friend 1973 GMC 3500, you can just sit next to the motor, and pull the heads. Nothing beats the raw size of that truck.

Now on any of the cars we have here at home, we just pay someone else to break his back leaning over the fender. But if it is something simple, I just take my time, and stretch out every 15 minutes or so. I am about 5' 10" and I weigh about 230. I have a big stomach, so that lays onto the fender and supports my weight nicely.
