I just replaced the weather stripping on my left rear door and now it's hard to close. When I close the door I have to put a little weight behind it to compress the seal so the door will latch and it seems to be adjusted fine.
Has anyone experienced this and if so what did you do to fix the problem?

Really should have a little resistance, but should still close easy.

are you talking about the outter door seal - that main door seal... gve it a few weeks...it will set - make sure that the bottom is nice and tight and the area around the stop is seated well...

mine took a few weeks to settle in
