Thinking of selling my 85 300D

Hi forum! I have too many toys/cars etc. and I'm thinking about selling my 85 300D. It's in awesome condition! I'm the 2nd or 3rd owner. It sold new in 85 to a gentleman in MO. It has no rust or mech. issues. The clock is even showing the right time!! Oh...I do think my cruise amp is out and I haven't had a chance to fix it yet. The car has been garaged all its life and still is today. The interior is absolutely flawless...no cracks or fading in the dash etc. I've had it about 3 years or so. Ok...I'm rambling. Bottom line is: before I put in autotrader or some such thing I'd really like for someone in this forum to have it. If anyone is interested, email me at sdh0106@aim.com or I'll give you my home # and you can call! I know this sounds cliche' but you could drive this car anywhere. I'm in Abilene KS about 125 mi. West of Kansas City on I-70 or 89 mi. North of Wichita off I-35 (at the crossroads of America!) Thanks!

sean

What do you want for the car Sean?
Will you be able to email pics, or post them here or somewhere else?

Jim, I was thinking of asking around 4500 for it....I'm not sure what it's worth??? I'm not exagerating when I say it is one of the cleanest 123s I've ever seen!! I would like to keep it, buuuuut I have a 97 Z3, a Ford F150, a gas guzzling V8 power boat, and I just bought a new mustang convert. I have all the reciepts on it. I just had a new block heater put in it this winter. If you're serious about it I can take some dig. pixs on it and post/email them to you. It's gold with palamino interior. It still has the first aid kit in the rear deck, the original wheel, tools and spare in the trunk, nice tires, 190k on the clock. You're about 4 1/2-5 hrs from me on I35 I think?? Until I bought the car a few years ago, it spent its whole life in a little town in MO. I had a nice pioneer cd changer put in it a couple of years ago, but kept the original working radio in a box. That's the only not-original thing on the car! I also have a car-fax printed out on it to show the only 2 owners! I didn't know carfax could go that old? Let me know if you want me to do more??

thanks
sean
