92 300D 2.5 Turbo Front Flex disc shot/ Exhaust mounts help

I have replaced Front, rear discs with bearing about three years ago. I had a vibration problem at take off.

Front flex disc so torn up that it started tearing up the area around it.

Rear disc ok, bearing ok.

The two exhaust mounts (next to the transmission fluid pan) has a lot of play in it. I can move it around and see spaces between the rubber and metal. Should there be so much play in it?

I will take pictures.

No. The exhaust support mount should be firm. I believe there a rubber O-rings with metal inserts. Replace them.

The rattling was making me crazy.

I replaced every exhaust connection except this one. Is it a dealer only item?
I have tried to find the two rubber pieces on Phil's site without any luck.

Thank you

Nick

Nick

I don't know but they can't be too expensive. Some dealers will stuff them into an envelope and mail them as a courtesy.
