Another SD bites the dust

A friend who just got back in to MB diesels bought an '85 SD a couple of months ago, only to be rear-ended last week. I'm sure they will total the car, though it's not that bad. As soon as he hears from the ins. company, he'll be looking for another (his commute is even longer than my 130 miles/day). In the meantime, I'm helping him look for a decent 123 or 126 in the DC/Maryland area. He'll probably want to sell the car as a whole - it's still driveable and he drives it to work. I'll keep you guys posted. Hopefully, someone can rescue it.
