after two leak free years, another leak

It looks like the turbo line (84 300D( is leaking on the right. After doing the brakes and bearing today I noticed the from right of the engine was fairly covered.
Is there anything else on the right that might be giving the engine such a black coat.

The drain line from the oil separator, within the air filter, can also leak in that area. If you remove the air filter housing you can see what's going on under there.

Your best bet is to really clean your engine down there and do some short test drives .. you may have more than one leak.

The next step was to get the engine cleaned. I just wanted to prepare SWMBO. She takes my hobby better if I have a good estimate.

As long as I keep my average spend around 200 a month all is well. I'm working up to an A/C rebuild and a paint job.
