What is a WDB12313010306524

According to the for sale its an 83 euro manual 300d. I did some research on the VIN and it would appear to be as such. Is this a Turbo Diesel or old plant?

It's a typical euro 300D, of which NONE were available in turbocharged variants. Are you going to take a look at it?

Ill take a stick over turbo I think. Car is listed as needing a starter, I have an 81 300TD for parts, is it the same starter?

most likely.. your 300TD is it the wagon or a sedan.. its easily confuesed by saying 300TD as a turbodiesel but 300TD means touring diesel or wagon by us yanks... 300D-T is the sedan turbodiesel

It should be the same starter. If there is no rust (or minimum surface rust) and there are records then I would suggest picking it up.

i would give the id number to your insurance carrier and be sure you can insure a euro where you are. it was no problem for me here , but i think some places it might be.

that combo is a very nice driving car. mine would go 100. and with very good economy.

No offense but since its my parts car I think I can tell the difference between a wagon and a sedan.
