Oil pooling on round (passenger) side of cross over tube

The egr is broken (hose plugged by bb) so where is the oil coming from? Could the turbo be leaking oil and blowing it into the intake?
90 350 sdl.

The short answer is yes, turbo seals do leak.

How much is oil consumption?

1 qt every 3K. Been the same for 15K miles.

Unless it goes up I wouldn't worry about it. 1qt every 3k is a little high for a 603, but certainly not that much.

The fix is either rebuild the turbo yourself, or swap in a rebuild.
