ML aftermarket body components

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

My son had a accident in local parking lot. needs to replace the left front fender and the bumper on his 1998 ml 320 - the mercedes suv model. think i have it correct. the question. did a google search and found an online place that handles mercedes body parts. the fender was around $150. the bumper, $250 or so. this seems to be hundreds less than i thought these items would cost. and i guess there are quality concerns. have heard of horror tales relating to cheap aftermarket parts. have scouted the local junk yards, but cannot find the parts locally. anywho, does anyone have any advice to offer? and i make an assumption that the fender can be removed by simply removing a dozen or so bolts. is this correct? thank you. site mentioned above is http://www.mercedesautobodypartstore.com/
