Headlight switch for a 300SD

I was having some lighting problems with the dash and right side markers. The shop tells me its the headlight switch. I don't think so. The switch feels fine. I bet its just the connectors in the back. Has anyone run into this before?

Also, I once saw a link on how to change the headlight switch but I can't find it again. If anyone has it, I would appreciate it.
