Tune up
Before get a road for a trip of around 1600 miles, what the major points to take care in a tune up in a MB 1984 - 300SD with 220.000 miles on it?

Belts....Coolant...Engine Oil......Transmission Fluid.....Tire Pressure.....overall inspection. If everything checks out....you should be just fine. I've gone on trips 2x that long with mine and I only checked the oil/trannyfluid/tire pressure before I left. I guess I like to play it risky....

Most of the information in the book could be found by searchihg this site. But reading the book would be much faster. |
