A few simple fixes for my new 300sd.....

Hi,
I just got a 1985 300SD that is everything I could have dreamed of in a 300SD.
But I have a couple of simple fixes that I am not familiar with and would like some advice....
The doors have been replaced as it was easier to swap doors than door panels as the only owner of this car was an avid smoker. The wires for the doors and vacuum lines at the doors were cut at the hinge. I have power seats so I can't adjust the driver's seat until power is restored. Also, the lock cylinders from the original doors were not transferred to the replacement doors, but I have all the old parts and doors. I am not sure about the vacuum system as I have never worked on this. I have worked on cars a lot and I have two other MBZ's, a 1991 190E 2.3 and a 1999E320 (wifes car).
Also, the fuel gauge, odometer and oil pressure gauge do not appear to be working. Maybe they were disconnected. The man I got the car from is very honest and no a dealer so I do not suspect him of treachery.
How should I go about fixing these things? Can I do it myself?
What is a reasonable price to have someone complete this for me?
Thanks for your help.
