You know you married the right woman when..

She lets you buy a euro spec 300d with manual tranny and even wants to come check it out with you...

That is all.

Actually you might be right and have a winner there. Time always tells. Great indication! Also nice comment by you. But then again if I told my wife I was going out to try out a euro model I wonder how she might react. All in fun of course.

not married yet, but mine's jazzed about tearing apart the siezed engine out of my recently acquired soon to be resurected 85 300SD.

she saw the car for the first time and said "damn that's a sexy car"

my kind of lady.

she also suprised me by purchasing new replacement glass for the euro headlights while I was out of the country.

My wife let me take her 240D all the way from CO to MN (2000 miles round trip) because I broke my 300D ,and she's stuck driving my POS Jeep. Now, if I break her car too I'll be in deep trouble.

You know you married the right woman when..

...she encourages you to buy a diesel Mercedes because it will run on biodiesel.

...when my wife drives one of our 4 MB diesels and hasn't divorced me yet for not getting the A/C fixed (it's going to a shop next week) AND says the Citroen DS we saw a few weeks ago is interesting enough to add the fleet of 8 (someday)..
