Probably so....be advised, you'll need shift linkages and rods, a floor shifter, clutch, pedal cluster and other goodies to make it go.

Or an existing 300d with stock 4spd :) to bad i dont have the cash..

I paid $1500 for the 5-speed I have...but, it included a set of Euro headlights, a 240D engine and a nice green body.

When I look closely it does appear to have the right mounting patterns to mate to a 617. Good luck to who ever buys it, the 5-speed is what these cars need.
