A/C, Some vents HOT some Vents COLD????

1981 300 CD Just got my A/C up and running, new R4, new dryer, flush system, filled with R134. It is blowing cold out the center and right side dash vents and Cold out of the right side Defrost vent. Hot out the Left side dash and left side defrost???
The hot could be outside air as it is 95 here in Ft Myers, Florida today.
