Injector Pump front crank seal leaking...

Is this a big deal? Is it risky to get to the seals replaced? What is the cost normally for get the injector pump seals replaced?

I should add I know it depends on how bad it is. It does not leak to the point where I see anything on the ground under the car. I think I'll try to take a picture and post it.

I assume you're referring to your W124 here, correct? The only "front seal" I can think of would be the big (and cheap) o-ring that sits in a groove between the IP and block. It's sort of a pain to R&R, but not a big deal really; if you have the correct tools (IP lock especially). If it's not leaking too bad, then you might just try to make sure the bolts holding the IP are tight and just monitor it for now. Probably more trouble than it's worth as a single job. But if you can combine this with say, the replacement of your glowplugs, and or updating your vacuum pump, then it makes much more sense to dig that much further under your intake manifold. YMMV

Ok the dealership didn't seem too concerned, they are the ones who told me about it during the pre-buy inspection. The indie-shop I go to won't touch the IP as they referred be to a diesel shop here.
