all four windows just stopped working ...fuse is good where is the relay? thanks

83 300sd thanks i drive the car all the time... get in it and windows don,t go down i checked the fuse,s they are new.

Well - one thing to start with is the fuse holder itself - sometimes it becomes corroded right where the fuse ends contact the terminal. From there I would look into a switch failure. Remove the switch and check for power at the input line. These switches are known to fail after a period of time.
Has any other accessory suddenly failed in conjunction with the windows? Did all windows fail at one time or has it been a successive failure? If I remember correctly there are two fuses that control the windows so both circuits failing at one time would be a strange occurrence. The more observations you can provide the better I can help you so let me know!
