Question W123 Semi-trailing arm vs Coupled semi-trailing arm?

I have questions about the service manual for my W123.
In the Rear Axle Suspension (Sec 35) it refers both to a Semi-trailing arm and a Coupled semi-trailing arm. The pictures look identical. Since I have a sedan, which one would I have?

i believe that a coupled semi trailing arm is 2 seperate pcs, kind of a hinge action., whereas a semi trailing arm is one solid piece. my 84 td has a one piece unit.(semi trailing arm)
