Windshield condensation
My '87 300 SDL gets condensation on the outside of the window when the AC is on. I can feel some air flow out of the defrost vents, even though the CC is set for dash vents. The AC otherwise works great. I often have to turn it down because it gets too cold. Thanks

Use your wipers and/or drive faster. Enjoy your A/C - you must live in an area with high humidity like I do.

I wonder if a slight vacuum leak could cause what you describe. If so, it's lots of fun to chase down CC vacuum leaks! Not. Actually I think they made it easier to figure out what's leaking on the w124 than on the w123...don't know about your car...
