Diesel Withdrawal
I sold me '98 E300D tonight. I can't believe how depressing it was to watch that car go. The new owner commented on how it was nicer than his new Accord. His friend thought I had it repainted because it looked like new and so did the interior. It really was a nice, nice car. I am now diesel free. Does anyone else feel remorse after selling their Mercedes?

I'd have trouble getting rid of any of these........and I certainly do not need three of them.
I am curious, however, as to why you would dispose of that vehicle.......a pristine example of the highly refined W210........with the turbo 606 for longevity. The combination seems unbeatable........??? |

It'd be too hard for me, I'd simply not be able to sell my 300SD. I changed all it's glowplugs and P/S hoses last night. Up next on the list is the steering damper/shock.

I keep telling myself that cars can be replaced...but it still sucks to see a sentimental one go.
