Frybrid Customer Service

Howdy,
Anybody else have problems with Frybrid? I paid for the frybrid filter via paypal on the 18th of July and havent gotten any info about whats going on. Have I been scammed? Does this company even really exist? The guy does not pick up the phone and his voice mail always says that his mailbox is full, plus, he does not respond to emails.
Cheers!
Lukas

its a real company, perhaps they have gotten a surge of orders and things take time and if their stock has run down they do have to fabricate all the tanks and connect the fittings in their own shop..

Frybrid

Frybrid is very legit. I have a kit from them. They are just understaffed. It isn't a quick operation but they do have the best product out there. They spend a lot of time on R & D. They have gotten better with the shipping times this year compared with last year. I know Chris was on vacation some last month as well. Just be patient and you will be happy in the end.

They are real, just not real responsive. And if you complain, expect to get an abrasive and rude response indicating your level of intelligence must be close to that of a banana.

I chose not to do business with them anymore.

After hearing many peoples experience with them I chose to never do business with them. They have some of the best stuff available, and some of the worst customer service.

Update

Today I recieved an email from frybrid. I guess the filter was shipped today. So, that was quite a relief. After doing some more investigating round the web, I gather that frybrid makes good products, but are just way too busy. I ordered the rest of my kit from Larry at veggie fuel systems, who was just awesome.
Cheers!

Reminds me of a riddle from grade school....

You are in a new town and need a haircut. There are two barbers in town - one has hair trimmings all across the floor, and his own hair has been badly cut. The other barber has a spotless shop and a very nice haircut.

Which barber do you choose?

The barber with the dirty floor has no time to clean it, as the flow of customer rarely subsides. And his bad haircut - there's only one other barber in town...

Just my observation.
