Place to get 300SD brake rotor thickness specs online?

I was able to measure my front and rear rotors last night but was unable to see where the minimum thickness was indicated on the rotor.
I have a 300SD and the fronts were .770" and .780" and the rears were @ .348"
I have searched and searched but this seems to not be very public info. I am getting ready for my first brake job on this car.

The general consensus is to replace the rotors if they are worn severely. It's highly unlikely that you'll get any shop to maintain the required factory runout to result in vibration free action once installed.

You're headed down a risky path with this approach. The cost of new rotors is not worth the gamble.

Thanks for the info - I guess I am shopping for front rotors. I hope a search of the forums yields the recommended places to get parts and what brands and type of pads and rotors are good.

You can get parts right from the sponsor of this forum.........all the parts are of excellent quality........and the service is top notch. Just press the "Fastlane" tab at the top of the first page and you'll be right into the store.
