It sounds like you are on the right track now.
But please plan on a new radiator, that epoxy fix tells me it must be an old brittle one, and they usually are plugged up by the time they are 20 yrs old!

Now for the radiator! A little input?

I agree, Dieseldiehard, epoxy is stopgap. I still have a little coolant seepage, and am going to get a radiator. And I just determined that I have a #14 head. Good cooling is very cooool...

But...I read on one thread that radiator replacement is "fairly straightforward."
Any information or posts around on the scope of work, steps, and else what to do "while I'm in there?"

I did the OVP, and AC now works. Probably work better with a radiator replacement?
Old OVP had something loose in it. Actually, after I took it out and gave it a good shaking, it worked until I received the new one. LOL.

How NOT to buy a MB Diesel:
Know little or nothing about diesels or Mercedes Benz.
Get the WVO fever.
Drive 70 miles to a used car lot in the country.
Buy the car without having it inspected, because it seems like a good idea at the time....
I'll be back. I'm gonna need help.
I love this car already!
