Biobor diesel doctor,algae removal

I found in my garage 9 tubes of diesel doctor,made by Biobor,bought years ago,you cannot find them anywhere,no efficient replacement on the market anymore after EPA removed the product(toxic)...anybody interested?,I have no diesel to use them anymore.
