Finally got my car back from the body shop

After a hit and run where some idiot backed into me and ran away (which left a huge square trailer hitch mark in my impact strip) and consequently damaged my radiator, bumper support, fan shroud, fan etc. It came out ok what do you guys think?

Car looks great!

How about some really up close photos of the damaged area and of the front engine bay.

Keep that beauty on the road as long as you can!

I think it looks like a car

A shiny, fancy Mercedes-Benz car heh heh

I'm a little afraid to ask how much they billed your insurance! All of those things needed replacing after just parking lot damage?!? I assume it was a big giant truck with one of those trailer hitches that sticks out about a foot and hangs below the bumper a good 6 inches, huh?

Think he's left a trail of things like this? I HATE those people that damage everyone elses car, but their cars are always unscathed! There was a lady that frequented Mother's laundry and she left a dent in the side of every car she parked next to in her 1978 caprice classic coupe... but it was like showroom new.

I, very calmly told her that she just dented my brand new car(6" long door ding in the rear quarter-- on the neon) and she turned her head and started a completly different conversation with my Mother!

to them all!

that's when you grab your tire iron, and smash the apiller as hard as you can. Go from the windshield twards the outside of the car, so it will never seal properly again.

Then start a conversation with yourself, and walk away.

I actually ended up paying out of pocket because I didn't want my insurance premiums to go up. I will post some more pics tonight. After going to the grocery store I saw a huge square imprinted on my bumper, I pop the hood and see the whole bumper assembly etc is pushed back. It cost about 2200 to fix, a huge waste of money, oh well....

Jerks. My friend took left his E300D in Walmarts parking lot, way out in the lot. Someone almost broke off the rear view mirror. Jerks, they must have walked over and tried to rip it off.
