i agree with the conservatives on this one. and i dont mean politics.

i would try some lucas oil treatment. it could have some stuck rings. you might be able to bring it out of it. also what oil are you running. heavier oil may help too.

ok..given the photos, you should be able to pop that connector open, add the 4th female connector and replumb a wire over to the idle glow plug. What's stopping you?
