I bought it from Tom Walgamuth last week. I don't think I'll have the nerve to keep it. Too much money on the line if it goes south.

Thanks,we just sold our 350sd and I really enjoyed driving the car,I have never driven a 300 with the 6 cylinder and wondered if there was much difference in power between the two, Johnny

the 350SDL has gobs of power off the line compared to the regular 6 cylinder in my eyes... i didnt expect it to take off like it did.. being used to my om617's slow take off... the regualr 6 cylinder has power to it.. alot more than an om617... i wouldnt mind one.. the good thing about the om603 is that it wont have catostrophic rod bending issues due to someone not using a sleeved engine..

if i had to choose over a 300SDL and a 350SDL id go with the 300SDL just for the sake of reliablility... a 350SDL would only be if i can be guaranteed it has the upgraded rods (which my friend is still looking for so he can put them in his) and it has 90% highway miles..
