Installing new fan clutch difficult?

Howdy all,
I have owned my 190D for nearly 1 year and have logged over 20,000 miles on it. The only parts I have replaced (besides filters) were the blower motor, and motor mounts. :)

Part #3 is arriving tomorrow morning; fan clutch.

How difficult is this to install, honestly I have not really looked at it yet, but is there any special way to get it off?

Thanks,
John

If you have the 602 motor it's a breeze, loosen the 8mm nut. Swap the fan to the clutch, etc.

It is a 602, I took a look at it and cannot see any fasteners besides 4 small ones that thread into the water pump flange behind the clutch.

It's right up front. It's in the clutch.

Is it one in the center? How do you get to it, there is little room between the rad and clutch?

I have three bolts that are about 1" from the radiator holding the plastic fan to the fan clutch.

There are 4 bolts that hold the fan shaft to the water pump. It looks like I have to somehow release the fan clutch from the shaft (clip?) and pull it off?
