So this idiot was messing with me at school today, long story short, he ended up sittng on my hood while I was waiting to get out of the lot. The car infront of me moved and there was nothing behind me, so I floored the gas, until the speedo just barely started to move, and then SLAMED on the brake, I skidded around 2 feet, the guy flew off the hood, and skinned half his face! :D

UMMMMMM, I am usually not one for violence..........but DUDE sit on the hood????
I am still chuckling, wondering how the rest of his day went.......:D

I hope the hood star survived...

Now, if your hood is bent in or damaged in some way you better not sue him or it may backfire on you.

Oh man I hope you don't get in trouble from the school. Was the guy bleeding bad? I think he deserved what he got. The other thing I would worry about is that the guy will really be after you now. He sounds like a bully. Be ready to defend yourself against the school and that guy. Tell them you feared for your safety, and that now you are really afraid that the guy is going to come after you. This will put the school on notice so that if that guy gets near you again he will be in trouble. Even though he got his medicine, you probably should not have done that. Also you should not speak to anyone about this. Maybe it will all blow over, but if you go shooting your mouth off you could make things worse.

People should never TOUCH another person's car. I try to not even touch people's cars with my clothing when in a tight parking space.

I can remember one of my redneck fraternity brothers sitting on the trunk of my BMW 2002 and there was a group of people around and I got pretty hot so he got off my car. What a jerk.

It wasn't tht bad of a skinning, doubt its any material to sue over, most of the skin was still there... Got a scratch on my hood, but I have so many scratches that I need a repainting anyway.

That is good to hear. Skinning your elbow or knee is one thing, but your face is something much more serious. I hope this guy leaves you alone now. I hate bullys.

Yeah, this guy at my college looked at me funny so I just ran him over with my 300sd goin about 90. Geez! It's a car not a weapon! The guy sounds like a total D**k, but legally, you could get into some hot water.:eek: plus, he's just gonna retaliate by screwing with your car.:(

Using the car like that is pretty dangerous. I would rather get out of the car, but that creates a whole new set of problems. It would have been better to confront the kid at a later date, but who would have guessed you would hurt him badly with the car?

If someone touched my 2002...I don't know what I would do. I'm very non violent and avoid confrontations, but I take my cars seriously. :behead:

No one has touched my benz yet, but some have come close to touching the bimmer, and I got really pissed off. Luckily I no longer go to High School (what a joke) so I don't have to worry about some stoned waste of life touching my car as much.

I wouldn't worry too much about it. The guy sits on the hood of a car with the engine running; what does he think is going to happen? You've got to get him off of there somehow.

And I've known some prosecutors in my time. They tend to be very careful about who they charge and with what. I doubt very much that anyone will be eager to charge you with assualt with a deadly weapon over this incident. Reckless driving sounds more in line with what happened to me, although I can't recite the specifics of that charge.

If the guy goes to the cops, I wouldn't be surprised if they laugh at him. They have a sense of humor, too!

I came out of the store to see a bunch of people gabbing in the parking lot and one of them was leaning on my camry using my spoiler as their drink coaster. I love remote trunk openers :)

Best part was that they yelled at me for dumping their drink, to which I replied that they owed me a car wash if they really wanted to push the issue.

Thats why I'm glad everyone at my school knows not to f*** with my car, especially now that I've been driving my dads Lincoln everyday. People here are dumb, plain and simple. But they know you don't mess with a Lincoln rockin an Italian flag on the trunk. Or a bunch of guys 6'3 and up (me and 3 of my friends). But yeah, violence, when severly punishable like that is hillarious, but not always good. lol

Another episode, thinking back...
My Sr year in high school, I had a jerk in photo class who I caught red handed stealing my photo paper (250 sheet box ~$150 for the stuff I had). Because I caught him, he decided to nail my tires (all four) and sap the hood of my car, a 67 impalla with the powerglide and a 327. To say I was pissed was an understatement. Daddy had bought hima mustang convertable so me and my mates went out, blocked up his car, ripped the top down, took off each wheel (and tire stem) one in each seat of the car. . . all the way down to the wheel bearings:D.

Never had another problem with the twerp, and his dad took away the car when it came out why he needed a flat bed tow to the shop.

When I started driving my 300D to school last year, I was almost certain that the hood star was going to walk at some point during the year. The school drew its students from the part of town where you'd expect it to happen too. But lo and behold, it never happened :thumbsup: . People knew not to touch it...or hell would have been raised ;)

Might not hurt to think of a smart way to do something nice to the guy that in no way is ass-kissing.

I cant believe all these posts saying you should not have done this. That guy must be insane to mess with your car like that. You drive an old diesel benz which means you most likely have some tools in the trunk to beat his ass with.

What you did was a bad way to deal with it, should have put the car in park and got out and chased him off. He was just looking to get a rise out of you.

I saw same thing happen last week at local high school; girl sitting on trunk lid talking with friends, driver takes off quick for yucks, girl slides off backwards after the car is going about 15mph. She tumbles cracking back of head twice while rolling;....everyone laughs except adults. Girl tries to laugh to save face but cries instead. Teens keep laughing while girl is in obvious pain, skinned up and torn clothing.... She didn't ask for or expect this. No one young says they are sorry or seems concerned; driver gets the biggest laugh of all.

What oppresive state requires you to have a ccp to buy a handgun? In colorado you just cant be a felon or under 21. Citizenship not required.

I read about a car security device somewhere that is basically a 4ft section of angle iron with a really heavy duty spring that sits just under the rocker panel of your car. Someone messes with your car, catch gets flipped, angle iron swings out and WHAM 2 severely broken shins. Theres also the option of pyrotechnics or high-discharge capacitors... Probably illegal in this land of "freedom" and "democracy". I want one anyway :) BTW if you aren't 21 just get a nice 16 or 12ga side-by-side shotgun, bigger bang for your buck, in my opinion... looks a hell of a lot scarier too, AND you can shoot clays on the weekend.

Umm, we also live in a land governed by the rule of law, and the law says : "the law has always placed a higher value upon human safety than upon mere rights of property"

If we lived in a land of "who hits the hardest" or "whoever is biggest and meanest" then maybe things would be different.

This guy isn't smart enough to mess with someones car when they aint around. Today, he decides to hide behind me while I'm driving out, trying to m with something on the back of my car. Got a big puff of black smoke all over him :D
