Switchover valve tubes
Does the line from the intake manifold goto the connection on the top or the bottom of the switchover valve?
The other line is the one that goes to the ALDA. They were both disconnected. Thanks

On which car? Mine had the old style that was a round one. I ordered a new one and have the same question, since the new style is squared with 3 ports. I put the ALDA on the bottom and the intake on the middle. The top is not covered or plugged. I bought it from Diesel Giant, and sent the question to him this morning. I usually have a reply from him waiting for me the next morning.

The one in question is the old round style valve.

The line from the intake manifold goes to the bottom of the valve.
The line from the ALDA goes to the horizontal port at the top of the valve. |
