Dimensions of 617

Ok, does anyone know roughly on the top of the head what the dimmensions are for a 617 turbo in terms of width and height?

Do you mean just the turbocharger, or the entire 617 engine w/turbo? If just the turbo, I can measure mine (a Garrett) for you in the morning.

Mike,

Sorry, I forgot to reply with dimensions sooner.

Ref attached pic. Length, from the exhaust flange (A) to the front of the compressor housing (B), is 250 mm. Width, from the outboard side of the wastegate actuator valve (C) to the face of the turbo-to-exhaust manifold flange (D, but not really visible), is 150 mm.

This is for a Garrett TA0301 (aka T3) turbo.

Hey, I appreciate you getting me the dimensions. I needed to see if the motor would fit into the back of my aunt's car and Luckily it fit fine.
