I've disconnected my overboost (sold it at benzbonz.biz) I plugged my wastegate hose, ... I've made no adjustments to the wastegate,,, don't care to. EGR bypassed. and overboost by-passed.

I'm under the impression that the condition of your wastegate won't matter if you bypass it, which is essentially what you did when you plugged the wastegate hose. The only reason the turbo wouldn't be making full boost if the wastgate was all busted up is if it was stuck open. Not sure if that happens often.
