How do you get the door lock actuators out and off without bending the door lock assembly? Removing the pin on the long metal rod maybe?

You have to unclip the rod that connects to the actuator from the plastic clips. Then there is another clip that hold the rod to the lever that moves the knob up and down. It should come loose then.
