can you help a fellow out?

hello all.
I have been informed by my indy that I need new control arm bushings. (after I paid for the repairs I had performed). Unfortunately, as a college student, I can't afford to have it done by someone because I am WAY over budget as is. Besides, I just replaced most of the steering components and I dont want to ruin them! (Center link, idler arm bushing and steering damper)

Is there anyone out there who is willing to assist me in replacing the control arm bushings? I have mechanical know how but I dont have the appropriate tools or equipment or venue to perform this crucial work.
If you feel that you can help me out, I would greatly appreciate it. I live in Western Massachusetts. I also work at a ski shop and specialize in foot comfort, so maybe we can trade services...
Thanks.
Ben

my guess is both...

I am not too sure. I can easily see the dead crusty bushings from under the car, so I think it may be lower- my indy mentioned "full removal, use of an air hammer, and reinstallation with a hydrolic press".

post some pics

some mechanics will say you need repairs, after work is done to get more work from you.
take some good pictures and post them here, we can't see how much play there is in them, but we can tell if the obvious wear is there that will require replacement.

You do know that I don't have the first idea of how to help you, don't you? I'm just messin' around. But there must be someone in the vicinity with a little extra time and expertise to share.
