Question Fuel fitting size info needed

Hello:

Vehicle in question is a '95 E300D. I'm looking for the size and thread pitch of the fitting that threads into the fuel screen in the bottom of the tank. This is the fitting that is connected to a short rubber line that connects to the hard feed line going to the engine. According to the EPC, the part number for the fuel screen is the same for many diesel applications going back at least to '82, so the thread should be the same as well.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks. Any idea if it's straight or tapered?

Fuel Line

I know exactly what you are talking about..I had to replace my fuel lines from cloth to Rubber because they were leaking. The one directly from the tank is MB manufactured you have to order that...The other flex cloth line can be replaced but it just needs clamps from the rod to rod. I dont know the the diameters or whether it was tapered or not. I took to a garage to replace that...I didnt want to deal with the fuel everywhere.
