Euro Bumper mounting Q?
 

Since I took it apart months ago I have forgotten how to mount the bumper.

Metal brackets -> bumper -> rubber corners?

I think you have to put the sheetmetal corners that hold the rubber corners in place on first then the metal brackets that bolt to the front of the car, then the "horns" of the bumper slide into the slots on the sheetmetal that you already attached to the car. Look at the russian EPC for an exploded view.
