In general, it is a good idea to stay away from copper, brass and zinc with WVO or biodiesel. It's not too much of a problem with ASTM Biodiesel but I wouldn't chance it. Use aluminum or stainless steel. McMaster has 3003 series bendable aluminum for a good price.
