W124 Fuel Tank Drain??
I made the mistake of putting a few gallons of gasoline in with my veggie oil on my way to Florida, apparently it broke loose all the gunk that had built up on the inside of my tank (I will not be putting 100% veggie in my tank anymore), and it plugged up my fuel line. I switched the return and supply lines, but it still became clogged, I am assuming there must be a lot of crap at the bottom of the tank right now (well at least my fuel gauge works again

yeah a gas and veggie mix will release all the crap from the tank. Learned the hard way on my SD. Thats why im on biodiesel right now with the W124 but havent had a clog yet!
Anyway, I had pumped out the veg/gas mix out of the SD with a drill pump into a bucket. Then removed the fuel strainer and cleaned it with hot water and let it dry. After that i put in biodiesel and havent had a problem since that last tank of bio. Now it has ULSD with power loss and is just parked on the street ![]()
