euro 5 speed for sale

Well, here it is. Euro, manual HV and 5 speed. Somebody in New Jersey may have nice 300D in their garage soon.

I think this is a 4+reverse 5 spd. Also it doesn't have a sunroof? Does have power mirrors?

not mine

No, sorry for the unclear post. It just seems that these are the "holy grail" cars for those of us who take a minimalist approach to mercedes diesels.

It was properly federalized. The interior is velour. euro option only. As well as the center console. Maybe in wreck? Def euro though.

I agree it looks Euro too me. Those are the "cloth" seats WITHOUT MB tex making up the outer panels (hard too keep the seats looking clean) It looks to me like it has a sunroof.

Unless its manual there is no button for it and afaik manuals were not available on anything but td?

Both my euros have manual sunroofs

It is also a 5 speed. On 4 speeds reverse is all by itself on the left, here 2nd gear is visible below 1st (top left)

Looks like a nice car. Those cloth seats are really easy to remove stains and fell good to boot. My 81 is basically identical but with euro lights all around, bumpers and the 4 speed. These cars are awesome without AC and cruise control. It is amazing how uncluttered the engine bay is.

Good luck on the sale, I'm sure whoever purchases it will really enjoy the car.

Interesting. I'd much rather had the manu over power sunroof in mine. On the stick I just cant clearly see the 5th position. 2nd is always visible below 1st which is in top left right? (except for reverse which is always top left?)

Just to clarify once again. This isn't my car. I just posted because many seem to be interested in the euro models especially with the 5 speed. Maybe one of the board members living in New Jersey is selling this car or will buy it.

Nice car, but no AC in Texas isn't a possibility.

I've done it two summers in a row. Not for the faint of heart.

Nice car, but I don't see any roof lines giving away a sunroof. But if the seller says it has one, I suppose it does -- not easy to see.

Most "manual tranny" 123s have manual sun roofs.
