winter fuel (Diesel#2) mileage drop poll

Now that its winter and I can't find summer diesel anywhere, I was wondering what sort of mileage drop people are experiencing.

I have went from 23mpg to 21 mpg 50/50 highway and in town driving ( note its a Kali car )
