what size 12 point metric socket do i need to order for the rod nuts on my 300D ?

You did not mention which engine you have in your car. It is the same as a hex bolt times 2. My guess is it would take no larger than a 17MM socket.

For connecting rod bolts, it should be a 14mm. You can use a 3/8 12pt socket for these.


EDIT: It is 14mm not 13mm.
