Sorry you got hit.

Anyone have a guess at how much this is gonna cost to get fixed?? Does the panel have to be replaced?

Does not look too serious at first glance. Any good body guy with a fair amount of experience will find it pretty simple going. No new panel or panels required from what is visable. As for cost much depends on where you live and who you know. I suspect if I had to farm it out here 200.00 would get it ready for paint. As long as I stayed away from major body shops. From what I have seen on scary quotes onsite there are very expensive areas as well. Try to hunt down a good bodyshop employee that does a little work at home. This is not rocket science. No different than taking your car to a mercedes franchise for mechanical work versus a mercedes mechanic that does a little work at home. The bills are usually light years apart. No reason for the quality of work to be less either.
