Euro has got to go

Hey guys, I'm still trying to get rid of my 78 300d euro. I got tired of flakey buyers and I need it gone. Now I'm looking for $1,000 OBO. Any takers eh eh?

Too bad I dont have $1000 lying around, lol, killed me last week in the local paper I saw an 82 300cd turbo for $1200, very nice shape, cheap due to a rod knock, but the car was CLEAN.

Trade for a rusty old 51 plymouth? lol

The veggy kit is a 2 tank kit, with a plastic boat gas tank in the trunk. It's got a homemade copper heating coil, two solinoid valves, and this massive coolant heated filter that was made for a catterpillar. It works pretty good. There are several small spots of rust. By the rear window in the corner the rust ate a quarter sized hole through the sheet metal. The underside is fairly rust free though. The front end is decent, it has a little wander, but only on crappy roads.

I'm interested, but I have a couple of questions. Does the A/C function? Would it be okay to drive around 500 miles (I'm in Sacramento)?
