Oil appearing in coolant/radiator
two months ago I had a a complete overhaul done in my 240D
now I notice oil in the radiator. it is engine oil. the radiator was checked and it is alright. Where could that oil coming from? your advise will be appreciated. thanks!!!! |

About the only way that can happen is a failing head gasket, warped or cracked head/block.
Was there a time/mileage warranty?

If you have an auto tranny I guess you could hope the radiator was compromised, but odds are with the work you just had done that maybe they didn't follow proper torquing procedures and the head gasket is leaking.......
Would like to see pics of a 240D from another part of our fair planet.
