Rebe,

Replacing fuel filters on time or mileage is illogical. The life of the filters depends on how much dirt or fungus is in the fuel. If U get clean fuel, the filters will outlast the engine.

I only replace filters when they restrict the flow enough the prevent the engine from having full power. I also clean and reuse the fuel filters..
