I need to replace the V belt. Not sure if there's another name for it.
If you stand in front of the car and look straight down and a little right of center, it's the one shaped like a "V." The outside is flat and the inside, the side that goes around the wheels, is v-shaped.
I don't even know what it does, but mine has some cracks in it.

there are 4 belts on that car... the one to the right up on top is to the powersteering pully.
on the back of the pump is two obvious bolts, that have nuts on the front you will have to hold with an box end wrench. LOOSEN only theese bolts. then also on the back in a groove near the engine of the car, on the pump is a third bolt. you may have an easier time finding the bolt by looking on the front of the pump and seeing the third nut. anyway, all three bolts need to be loosened. then on the flat outboard side of the pump is a nut that is connected to an adjuster. it also needs to be loosened. it will have a lot of turns to get it loose enough to get the new belt on. take the old belt with you, they maynot list your car when you go looking for the belt.
while you are changing that belt, you may want to replace all the belts. the alternator belts are on the other side, and if you have any problems with charging the battery, they will need to be changed too. and the ps belt has to come off to get to the alt belt.

I recently had to replace my alternator and alternator belts. I found some great pictures on this bulletin board or the benzoworld.org bulletin board; can't remember which. I think the poster was DannyM. The air compressor bolts and belt tension nut that require loosening aren't very obvious unless you have a picture or someone to point them out.

Good luck with finding the pictures.
