W123 300TD SLS line replacement

After finding loads of holes in the pipes leading from the SLS pump to the control valve, I cut both lines and removed them, which they did quite easily as they broke into several pieces!

Now I am having trouble locating a source of metric brake line and fittings. The questions I have is

A) What size brake line should I be asking for?
B) Are the pipe nuts 10mm or 12mm (different parts guys give me different answers).

Unlike what some SLS drawings indicate, my controller did not come with a banjo bolt on the return line - both lines have a pipe nut with an ISO bubble end.

I cut the line about 6 inches from the reserve. Brought line to a supplier which I had a hard time finding that carried metric compression fittings. Purchased replacement line from a OEM supplier. cut the line to replace the old rusty ones.
Do not run motor on a dry pump ..... wears it out fast big $$$ to replace

I replaced a number of lines in my 124 wagon. I got the fittings and the line from:

http://www.fedhillusa.com/

And I purchased a quality Mastercool flaring tool off ebay.

I measured the pipe nuts and brake line with a proper metric pair of calipers and here is what I have:

A) Brake line is 6mm
B) Pipe nuts are 12mm, 20mm overall (including flare)

You need a tool that does ISO "bubble" flares.

Fedhill has the stuff, but it is really pricey. I'm looking around for alternate sources.
