1984 300cd
Anyone Know The Whereabouts Of 1/4 Pannels For A 1984 300cd. Some Fool Rear Ended Mine And The Ins Co Agreed To Fix It. It Is In Showroom Condition And I Refuse To Let Them Total It. I Insisted It Be Fixed If It Took Forever To Find Parts. Thanks Ray M.

Take it to Service King, or some other well known collision repair shop. Let them estimate it. They should be able to tell you how this model is repaired.
To the one who rear ended a show room condition car...:behead: |

Since I live in the DFW area, I have no idea where to take it. MBUSA might, though...

I'm certain all of the body parts are still available through MBUSA, why don't you just bring it to a couple of body shops and get estimates...insist they use OEM parts only and submit the estimates to the guy's insurance company. Why would you be hunting down the parts for them? They can order the parts from any dealer.
I just checked and the rear quarters list for $515 each and the trunk lid is $320 You're probably looking at $3-4K for parts and labor to repair the rear damage assuming the unibody wasn't bent. |

i think you will find that the parts in the rear will be repairable with sedan parts.
