Another Vacuum Issue
 

I have done my homework and learned about the system in my 83CD but my question is how long should it take for the vacuum to come up to its fullest. My car with a mityvac on it takes up to 10 seconds to develop full vacuum and I sense it should be immediate. Opinions anyone.

Can't say that I ever timed the SD, but, it is definitely not immediate.

I can hear the vacuum doors move in about 10 seconds........it sounds about right.
